Store Return Policy
- All returns require a proof of purchase.
- You can return the products within 7 days for store credit in the original condition that it was sold – all bundle and insert items included, sealed if original item was sealed, working order, etc.
- Please note that returns during this time frame based on personal preference such as like or dislike, difficulty, and not matching expectations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. (Wikipedia.com, Gamefaqs.com, and Youtube.com are excellent sources if you need more info on a game or system.)
- Anything that is sold as “clearance” or “as-is” will not be returnable.
- If the product you purchased is not working properly and was NOT caused by misuse, acts of God, water damage, animals, etc., then we will either repair the product or replace it with the same product in good, working condition. In the event that we do not have the product in stock, we may issue store credit. Warranty does not carry over to the new replacement product.
- Consumables, such as batteries or DLC codes, are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Time Frame
- Games = 12 months
- Systems and accessories = 30 days
- “Brand new” games = warranty from publisher (e.g. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)
- “Brand new” systems = warranty from manufacturer (e.g. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, EXCEPT for 3rd party systems)
